The organization should decide on a project and obtain a letter of approval signed by their Board of Directors. The person signing the letter cannot be the same person who signs the application or a family member on the Board.
Obtain quotes from local vendors and complete a budget for the project. If local businesses cannot be used, follow the 3 instructions in Instructions on the Use of Local Businesses 2019.

Once you have been given permission to proceed and received a Registration Code, Click Here to enter the code and download the application. Fill out the application and save to your computer. Read over and make any necessary changes to your application. Print the application when completed. Attach all documents listed on the checklist. DON'T FORGET TO SAVE ANY CHANGES ON YOUR COMPUTER. This will be a copy for your records.
Read your application. Make sure it is clear and concise with ALL documentation attached. THE POINT OF CONTACT ON YOUR APPLICATION SHOULD REVIEW THIS INFORMATION BEFORE TURNING IN THE APPLICATION! Do not attach any blank pages or a title page. If you feel sure that your application is ready, place your completed application in a blank envelope.
Applications will only be accepted through April 30, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. Your application must be hand-delivered to the Dumas EDC office, 900 N. Dumas Ave. between the dates above. Only hand-delivered applications will be accepted. Date and time of delivery will be completed on each envelope received.
